My goal is to provide truth, deep analysis, and a comprehensive look at the current political landscape. मेरा मानना है कि राजनीति की जटिलताओं को समझना और उसके अंदरूनी पहलुओं को उजागर करना बहुत ज़रूरी

Sonam Wangchuk, walked 1,000 km from Ladakh to New Delhi, claiming to protect the region's environment. But is there more than what the media portrays?

    Recent Development Projects

    • Hydro Power (June 2021): Eight hydro projects totalling 144 MW were announced with a ₹3,500 crore investment.
    • Geothermal Power (2022): India launched its first geothermal power plant in Puga, an eco-friendly energy project. Drilling began in 2024.
    • Green Hydrogen (July 2023): NTPC was awarded the project to promote sustainable energy.
    • Solar Power (Oct 2023): A 13 GW solar plant was approved, supplying power to multiple states.
    • Highway Projects (Dec 2023): 29 projects aimed at improving connectivity.

    Ladakh's Development Potential

Ladakh, with 45,000 sq km, is India's largest and most undeveloped region, while China has advanced infrastructure in Aksai Chin. The area has immense development potential but is also ecologically sensitive.

    Wangchuk's Protests

Wangchuk launched hunger strikes in 2023 and 2024, demanding to halt all projects and put Ladakh under the Sixth Schedule for local governance autonomy. The opposition to eco-friendly projects raises questions about his true motives.

What is the 6th Schedule Demand

Wangchuk’s demand to include Ladakh in the Sixth Schedule, which grants autonomous governance to certain regions. This would require the Indian government to seek local body approval for any projects, potentially giving activists a veto power over developmental initiatives.

Many wonder whether the protests are truly about protecting Ladakh's ecology or if there’s a larger agenda at play, aimed at stalling India’s growth and favouring adversarial powers.

My Opinion is: After going through the details I can say that there is a large agenda playing from the other country to halt India growing, and Sonam Wangchuk is a puppet.
